Meslek Liseleri Sömürüsü
Türkiye’de İmam-Hatip Liseleri siyasete alet edilmeye başladığı günden itibaren bir meslek liseleri tartışması yaşıyoruz. Aslına bakarsanız Türkiye’de bir meslek lisesi problemi yoktur. En azından kamuoyuna yansıtıldığı şekilde yoktur. Azdır, nitelikli değildir, staj imkânları tartışılır vs. ama meslek liseleri mezunlarının mağdur olduğu şeklinde bir iddia siyasi amaçlı uydurulmuş bir YALANDIR.
Sırf İmam-Hatip Liseleri mezunlarının daha kolay doktor, hakim, savcı, kaymakam, vali olabilmesi için bazı siyasi kadrolar tarafından uydurulmuş, kendilerinin dahi inanmadığı bir YALANDIR.
Türkiye’de mevcut durumda İmam-Hatip Liseleri mezunlarının mağdur olduğu bir gerçektir; ama bu gerçeğin altında yatan asıl neden, İmam-Hatip Liselerine çocuklarını gönderen ailelerin yavrularını ileride okuyup İmam olarak görme isteklerinden değil, imam olarak tahsil gören çocuklarını büyüyünce doktor, hâkim, savcı, kaymakam olarak görme hayallerinden kaynaklanmaktadır.
Adı üzerinde bu okullar birer meslek lisesidir. Eğer çocuğunuzu –üstelik kavga dövüş- İmam Hatip Lisesine gönderiyorsanız çocuğunuzun ileride imam olmasını istiyorsunuz demektir. Doğal olarak böyle bir seçim çocuğun ileride hiçbir işe yaramayan bir vatandaş olmasına sebebiyet vermektedir. Bir imam… Bir imam işe yarar, ikincisi de ama 30 milyon imam ne işe yarar? Hiçbir işe yaramaz. Ancak tarlaya korkuluk olur. Gelinen durum budur. Eğer çocuğunuzun, hakim, savcı, doktor vs. olmasını istiyorsanız bunun yolu bellidir. Tıpkı diğer insanların yaptığı gibi çocuğunuzu normal liseye gönderecek ve ders çalışmasını sağlayacaksınız.
Gelelim meslek lisesi mağduriyetine. Türkiye’de mağdur olanlar meslek lisesi mezunları değil DÜZ LİSE MEZUNLARIDIR.
Çünkü:
Düz lise mezunu üniversiteyi kazanamazsa hiçbir işe yaramaz. Meslek lisesi mezunlarının elinde meslekleri vardır, hem de hiç küçümsenmeyecek meslekler. Birçoğu daha okul yıllarında staj yaparken para kazanmaya başlar, liseyi bitirir bitirmez işe girer ve hayata atılırlar. Düz lise mezunları ise “ne iş olsa yaparım” mantığı ile bir temizlik şirketinde iş bulabilirse çok şanslıdır; hiçbir işe yaramayan bir eğitim almışlardır ve gerçek mağdur DÜZ LİSE MEZUNLARIDIR.
Meslek liseleri denince insanların aklına İmam-Hatip Lisesinden başka bir şey gelmiyor. Oysa aklınıza hayalinize gelmeyen meslek liseleri var ve biliyor musunuz mezun olur olmaz bir doktordan daha fazla ücretle işe başlıyorlar. Ayrıca bu okulların belli bir puanı tutturan, yani başarılı öğrencileri üniversitelerin kendi branşlarındaki bölümlerine sınavsız girebilmektedirler.
Bu mu şimdi mağduriyet?
Türkiye’de meslek liseleri sadece imam-hatip liselerinden ibaret değil. Evet imam-hatip lisesi mezunları mağdurdurlar; çünkü Türkiye’de bu kadar imama ihtiyaç yoktur. İhtiyaç fazlası imamların da yapabilecekleri başka bir iş olmadığı için mağdur olmaktadırlar. Yapılması gereken, bu işi siyasi polemik konusu olmaktan çıkarıp ihtiyaç fazlası imam hatiplerin kapatılarak gerçek meslek liselerinin kalitelerinin artırılmasıdır.
Problemi siyasi polemik konusu haline getirip sırf oy alabilmek için YALAN söyleyen politikacıları hayretle izliyorum.
Katsayı ekonomiyi sarsıyormuş, tüccarın, sanayicinin ara eleman ihtiyacını baltalıyormuş. Buna tek kelime ile ÇÜÜÜÜÜŞŞŞŞ denir.
Sizin ara eleman ihtiyacınızı baltalayan, meslek lisesi okuduktan sonra çocukların gidip avukat, doktor vs. olmasına izin vermek mi, yoksa çocuğun almış olduğu eğitim üzerine üniversite eğitimi almasına devam etmesini sağlamak mı?
Ayıp ayıp, adam diye ortada gezip bir de utanmadan YALAN söylüyorsunuz.
Bu cahil millet de dışarıdan bakınca sizi adam zannediyor. İnanıyor!
Ülkemizde Sağlık, Turizm, Adalet, Meteoroloji, Tapu-Kadastro, İletişim, İmam-Hatip, Öğretmen, Tarım, Teknik vs. olmak üzere birçok meslek lisesi eğitim vermektedir. Örneğin Sağlık Meslek Lisesinin Bölümlerini ele alalım: Acil Tıp Teknisyenliği, Anestezi Teknisyenliği, Çevre Sağlığı Teknisyenliği, Diş Protez Teknisyenliği, Hemşirelik, Laboratuar Teknisyenliği, Ortopedi Teknisyenliği, Radyoloji Teknisyenliği, Tıbbi Sekreterlik. Sıradan bir düz lise mezununun böyle bir iş tecrübesinin yüzde birini bile bilmediğini söylemeye gerek yok.
Keza iletişim, meteoroloji, turizm meslek liseleri mezun olur olmaz işi hazır meslekler; hatta bunlar okul yıllarında staj yaparken bile para kazanıyorlar. Bir kuaförün kazandığı para konusunda fikriniz var mı? Hepinizin annesi, karısı, kızı var onlara sorup öğrenebilirsiniz. Güzellik ve Saç Bakım Hizmetleri alanında eğitim gören bir çocuğun kazanacağı parayı artık siz düşünün. Bu örnekleri artırmak mümkün, aklınıza hayalinize gelmeyen branşlar var. İnsanlar bilmedikleri ve cahil oldukları için kafalarında bir şablon var: Çocuğum İmam-Hatip’e gitsin dinini öğrensin, ondan sonra da büyük adam olsun. Kendisi cahil ve bir halt olamadığı için zannediyor ki, doktor, avukat, hakim, savcı olan bir şey oluyor. Hayır kardeşim o da diğerleri gibi bir meslek, hatta çoğu zaman daha az para kazandıran meslekler bunlar. Cehalet ve siyaset boğazımıza kadar bulaşmış durumda.

Exploitation of Vocational High Schools
