“Terörle bir yere varamazsınız”

 

Savaşta yasalar susar.

Türkiye 35 yıldır yoğun bir terör ortamı yaşıyor. Yıllardır yaşadığımız bu terör belasını 1980’den önce ve 1980’den sonra diye ikiye ayırabiliriz. İ980 darbesinden önce yaşadığımız terör ortamı farklı ve herkesin birbirini vurduğu bir ortamdı; askeri müdahaleden sonra bitti.

 

Birkaç sene geçti, askerler yönetimi sivillere teslim ettikten sonra bu sefer PKK terörü başladı. Bunun mahiyeti farklı idi. 1980’den önceki terör gibi herkes birbirini vurmuyordu. Sadece PKK’lı teröristler askere, polise, okullara, karakollara, köylere, şehirlere kısaca güçlerinin yettiği her yere saldırıyorlardı…

 

Yetkililer ilk başlarda psikolojik harekâtın gereği olarak “üç beş çapulcu” diye nitelendirdi bunları.

Ne yazık ki, “üç beş çapulcu” bugün 30.000 kişinin ölümüne neden olan bir örgüt halini aldı.

 

Bugün de psikolojik harekât gereği yetkililer “terörle bir yere varamazsınız” diye açıklamalar yapıyor.

 

DAHA NEREYE VARACAK ?

 

Mecliste grup kurdu, seçimlere giriyor, devleti tehdit ediyor, pazarlık yapıyor, hesap soruyor, ateşkes istiyor. Devlet teşkilatı olmak üzere, her yerde örgütlüler bakmayın öyle “eziliyoruz” dediklerine içlerinde vali var, kaymakam var, genel müdürler, müfettişler var.

 

Biz hala “terörle bir yere varamazsınız” diyoruz.

 

PKK’lılar bunun bir "savaş" olduğunu iddia ediyorlar.

 

Biz bunun bir savaş olmadığını, öyle olması için iki ülkenin birbiri ile “savaş” yapması gerektiğini, böyle bir şey olmadığına göre bunun bir terör eylemi olduğunu iddia ediyoruz.

 

Bir an uluslararası söylemleri bir kenara bırakalım; onların söylediği gibi bunun bir savaş olduğunu düşünelim.

 

Hiç savaştığınız, size saldıran ülkenin insanlarını milletvekili yapar mısınız?

Savaştığınız düşman kuvvetlerinin askerlerini kendi devletinizin yönetim kadrosunda görevlendirir misiniz? Vali, diplomat, müsteşar, müfettiş, polis, memur vs. yapar mısınız?

Bence artık psikolojik harekât söylemlerini bir kenara bırakıp bunun bir “savaş” olduğunu ilan etmek değil ama ona göre davranmanın zamanı gelmedi mi?

 

Savaşan tarafların amacı karşı tarafı öldürmek ve yok etmektir.

 

PKK zaten canı ne isterse onu yapıyor, gücü yettiğince herkesi öldürüyor. O halde biz cephede neyi seyrediyoruz?

 

Eğer bu bir savaş ise yapmamız gereken cephede karşımızdaki düşmana hak ettiği cezayı vermek olmalıdır.

 

Cephede zafer kazanmanın başka yolu yoktur. Eğer düşmana yardım ve yataklık eden varsa onlar da cezasını bulmalıdır; bu her kim olursa olsun….

Law is silent on the war.
