Siyasette Yerinden Oynayan Taşlar

Türkiye, Deniz Baykal’ın olduğu iddia edilen bazı görüntülerle yeni bir siyasi mecraya girdi. Deniz Baykal ve Nesrin Baytok’a ait olduğu iddia edilerek internette yayınlanan bazı görüntüler Baykal’ın CHP Genel Başkanlığından istifa etmesi ile sonuçlandı. CHP olağan kurultayına iki hafta kala gündeme gelen bu görüntüler aslında Deniz Baykal’ın istifa etmesini gerektirecek kadar vahim değildi; çünkü çok bozuk, daha doğrusu bilerek eskitilmiş bu kayıtta insanların kim olduğu dahi seçilemiyordu. Eğer görüntüyü yayınlayan, jeneriğine kime ait olduğunu yazmadan internete koysa, bahse giriyorum ki tek bir kişi dahi onun Baykal olduğunu iddia edemezdi.
Görüntü kalitesi o kadar kötü ki, Baykal çok rahat bir şekilde “Bu görüntüler bana ait değil, benimle bir alakası yok” diyebilir ve bu iddiayı ortaya atanları dava edebilirdi. O halde niye istifa etti?
Tek açıklaması, görüntülerin kendine ait olduğunu bildiği için bunun arkasının geleceğini tahmin ederek istifa etmeyi tercih etmiş olmasıdır.
Her iki durumda da bu görüntüler ister net, ister bozuk olsun Türk siyasi hayatının önümüzdeki on yılının şekillenmesinin başlangıcı olmuştur.
Ben, bu görüntülerin kaydedilmesinde Baykal’ın iddia ettiği gibi hükümetin bir katkısının olduğunu zannetmiyorum; biliyorsunuz Başbakan, Baykal’a “Allah her hükümete senin gibi muhalefet lideri nasip etsin” diye her gün dua ediyor. Deniz Baykal’ın CHP Genel Başkanlığından ayrılmasının hükümete bir faydası olmadığı açık. Öyleyse, bu “komplo”yu düzenleyenlerin başka bir şey hedefledikleri ve bunun Türkiye’nin önümüzdeki yıllardaki siyasi geleceğine yön vermek için yapıldığı düşüncesi akla geliyor.
Bu komplo ile umut edilen Baykal’ı ve CHP’yi zora sokmak değil AKP hükümetine alternatif oluşturmaktır.
Birleşmiş Milletler Güvenlik Konseyinin İran’a ekonomik ve siyasi yaptırımlarının dünya gündeminde ve Tayyip Erdoğan’ın da buna karşı olduğu, Türkiye’nin Orta Doğuda Suriye, İran ve Filistin’le giderek artan asgari müşterekleri, Rusya ile yapılan anlaşmalar, İsrail’le yükselen siyasi gerginlik göz önüne alındığında hükümetin en önemli dış desteğinin devam etmesini gerektirecek argümanların giderek azaldığını anlamak için kâhin olmaya gerek yok.
ABD’nin İran’a askeri operasyon için 1 trilyon 200 milyar dolarlık bütçe ayırdığı stratejik bir oyunda yer almanın ve daha da önemlisi “kaybetmesi muhtemel olan tarafta” yer almanın riskini karar vericiler yüklenmeye hazır olsa da, Türk halkının mevcut sosyo-ekonomik şartlar altında bu yükü kaldıracak gücü olmadığı gibi, böyle bir tercihi de yoktur.
Bu oyunun baş aktörlerinin Türkiye kadar önemli bir ülkenin Orta-Doğu politikalarının kendilerinin tercihleri ile zıt düşmesini seyretmek gibi bir lükslerinin olmadığı açıktır.
Üstelik bu tercihler kamuoyu tarafından desteklenmiyorsa, hükümete alternatif politikalar üretmek çok daha kolay hale gelir.
