Ulusal Kriminal Bürosu talep üzerine yaptığı inceleme sonrası düzenlediği basın toplantısında Deniz Baykal ve Nesrin Baytok’a ait olduğu iddia edilen bahse konu görüntü kayıtlarının adı geçen şahıslara ait olmadığı ve montaj yolu ile elde edilmiş olduğu kanaatine vardıklarını açıkladı.
NİYE İSTİFA ETTİ? Eğer görüntüler kendisine ait değilse Deniz Baykal niye istifa etti? İnsan -kendi ifadesi ile- iki hafta içerisinde neler yaptığını bilmez mi? Biliyorsunuz bu görüntülerin iki haftalık bir geçmişi olduğunu Sayın Baykal düzenlediği basın toplantısında kendi açıklamıştı. Yani Deniz Baykal görüntülerin internete yansımasından iki hafta önce böyle bir olay yaşamış olmalı ki kendisi böyle bir ifade kullandı.
GÖRÜNTÜLER SAHTE Deniz Baykal internete düşen bu görüntülerden sonra kamuoyu önüne çıkarak “Bu bana ait değildir, benim Sayın Baytok ile bir alakam yoktur, görüntüler sahtedir” demediğine, bilakis “iki haftalık bir görüntüdür” ifadesini kullandığına göre görüntüler sahte olsa ne olacak?
RAPOR CİDDİ DEĞİL Ulusal Kriminoloji Bürosunun görüntülerin montaj ve ilgili şahıslara ait olmadığı konusundaki görüşlerine katılıyorum. Zaten daha önce de yazmıştım; Sayın Baykal kamuoyuna “Bu görüntüler bana ait değil” deseydi hiç kimse aksini ispat edemezdi. Demek ki kendisine ait olduğunu biliyor ve bu bozuk görüntüleri çekenlerin elinde aynı zamanda ses kayıtları olan, renkli, daha detaylı görüntüler de olabileceği ve olduğunu düşünerek, bilerek istifa etti.
Yoksa insan kimle yattı, kimle kalktı bilmez mi yahu?
Ulusal Kriminoloji Bürosunun raporunda ceket ve pantolonun gardıroba asıldığına vurgu yapılmış. Biraz dikkatli bir göz oranın gardırop değil bir sandalyenin sırtı olduğunu anlar. BAYKAL’I TEMİZE ÇIKARMAK Görüntüler üzerine başka birçok tahlil yapabilirim, başkaları da yapabilir fakat bu ne beni, ne de başkasını ilgilendirmiyor. Çünkü olayın muhatapları “bu görüntüler bize ait değil” demiyor. Tek söyledikleri “bize komplo kuruldu”.
KOMPLO KURULDU Evet, doğru bu bir komplodur. Birileri Sayın Deniz Baykal’ı CHP’nin başından uzaklaştırmak için komplo kurmuştur. Bu komployu boşa çıkarmanın tek yolu “bu görüntüler bana ait değil, benim Nesrin Baytok ile herhangi bir ilişkim yoktur ve olamaz" diye açıklama yapmaktan geçer. Sayın Baykal bunu yapmadığı gibi, olayı doğrulayıcı nitelikte “görüntülerin sadece iki haftalık” olduğu iddia ediyor.
SİZE NE OLUYOR? Olayın muhatabı onurlu davranıp istifa ediyor, "bu ben değilim" demiyor. O zaman adama sormazlar mı: Size ne oluyor?
