Yıllardır bu konuda yazıyor ve inceleme yapıyoruz ama sağ olsunlar sayın politikacılarımız her seferinde uzmanların belli bir noktaya getirdiği mücadeleyi bir kalemde silip atabiliyor ve tabiri caiz ise “bir çuval inciri bok edebiliyorlar”.

Vatandaş da terörle mücadelede güvenlik güçleri yetersiz kalıyor, asker-polis başarısız, terörle mücadelede öldürerek bir yere varılmıyor zannediyor.

Kamu düzeninden haberi olmayan sıradan insanlar askerin-polisin kendi kafasına göre bir mücadele yürüttüğünü zannediyor.

Her şeyden önce kesinlikle bilinmesi gereken bir şey var: Terörle mücadele ancak silahla yapılır, ekonomik ve sosyal tedbirler safsatası teröristlerin başka devletler tarafından desteklenen beşinci kol faaliyetidir. Uluslararası ilişkiler açısından ele alırsak örneğin Kıbrıs’ta Yunanistan’ın EOKA’yı desteklemesi ve adaya Türk askerinin müdahale etmesine yol açması kendileri açısından uluslararası bir başarısızlık örneğidir. Eğer EOKA’yı desteklemeyip, Makarios’un Türk toplumunu yok etmeyi amaçlayan eylemlerine destek vermeselerdi ada bugün zaten olmasını istedikleri konumda olacaktı, oysa yaptıkları yanlış Türk ordusunun adaya yerleşmesine ve orda ayrı bir Türk devletinin kurulmasına yol açtı. Yunanistan bu tarihi hatayı ömür boyu düzeltemeyecektir. Yakın tarihimiz Türkiye’nin lehine, zaman zaman da aleyhine olan böyle birçok örnekle doludur. Üniversitelerin uluslararası ilişkiler bölümlerinde bu konular detaylı olarak okutulur, onun için bazılarının beğenmediği “monşerler” bu konuları iyi bilir. Bu işler öyle merdiven altında sucuk satmaya benzemez.

Şimdi gelelim günümüze. Şu anda Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Devleti bir daha asla düzeltemeyeceği büyük bir tehlike ile karşı karşıya, bunun tek sorumlusu şu anda kendisinden başka hiçbir yetki ve merci tanımayan hükümet.

Kendisini Türkiye’de ve çevre ülkelerde yaşayan Kürtlerin tek temsilcisi zanneden PKK terör örgütü hükümetin açılım-saçılım politikası ile kısmi özerklik ilan etti. Daha önce köşemde yayınladığım Kürdistan Özerk Bölge Anayasasını adım adım yürürlüğe sokuyorlar. Doğrudur; bağımsız devlet kurmak istemiyorlar, istedikleri özerk devlet kurmak; yani askerleri, polisi, parlamentosu, gümrüğü, bayrağı, marşı, sınırları olacak ama onlara Türkiye bakacak.

Ne güzel değil mi?

Hiç değilse bağımsız devlet kursa bütün Kürtler defolup gider orda yaşar, abuk-subuk örf ve adetleriyle ülkenin yaşam kalitesini bozan eğitimsiz, eğitilmemekte direnen bu insanlardan biran önce kurtulurduk; ama öyle değil. Adam her zaman yaptığı gibi devlet kurmak isterken bile başka birilerinin kendisini bakması beslemesi gerektiğini düşünüyor.

İşin şakası bir yana, bu iş ciddi boyutlar almaya başladı. İş yapmaya gelince kendinden başka akıllı tanımayanlar açılım-saçılım diye ortaya çıktığında, “bu iş böyle olmaz” diyenleri “şehit cenazeleri üzerinden politika yapmakla” suçluyorlardı.

Kendilerine bir şeyler sormak istiyorum: Siz hiç okuyabilmek için elinizde silahla okula gittiniz mi, siz hiç evime bomba atılacak diye sabaha kadar otomobilde yattınız mı?
