Dışişleri Bakanı Ahmet Davutoğlu, dün düzenlediği büyükelçiler konferansında Türkiye’nin artık bekleyip, dünyada yeni bir düzen oluştuktan sonra tepki veren bir ülke olamayacağını söyleyerek, "Eğer yeni bir düzen kurulacaksa o düzenin temel taşını atan ülkelerin başında geleceğiz. Buna hakkımız var, buna tecrübemiz var, buna gücümüz de yeter" diye konuştu.
Türkiye’nin yaklaşık 180 büyükelçisini bir araya getiren Üçüncü Büyükelçiler Konferansı’nın açılışında konuşan Davutoğlu, yeni vizyoner diplomasi çerçevesinde Türkiye’nin dünyadaki gelişmeleri bekleyip, yeni düzen oluştuktan sonra bunlara tepki veren bir ülke olamayacağını belirterek, şunları kaydetti: "Çünkü bunun bedelini Birinci Dünya Savaşı’nda yaşadık. Eğer bir düzensizlik varsa, bu düzensizliği ilk sorgulayacak ülkelerin başında geleceğiz ve eğer yeni bir düzen kurulacaksa, o düzenin temel taşını atan ülkelerin başında geleceğiz. Buna hakkımız var, buna tecrübemiz var, buna gücümüz de yeter. Bu kadar iddialı bir söylem dile getirdiğimizde hemen tepki veriliyor; ’Gücünüz yeter mi?’ Evet, yeter." Davutoğlu, Türkiye’nin geçmişten gelen köklü devlet geleneği ve diplomasisi ile birçok şeye gücünün yeteceğini, şimdi rahatsızlık doğuran şeyin Türkiye’nin tepki veren bir ülke konumu ile artık yetinmemesi olduğunu belirterek, son 8 yılda bu konum ile yetinmeyeceklerini gösterdiklerini söyledi.

Kendisini alkışlıyorum. Başarının ilk prensibini yerine getirdi “hayal” ediyor; bu çok güzel bir şey. Hayal etmezseniz kendinize bir hedef belirleyemezsiniz, hayal etmenin hedefinizi belirlemede size çok büyük yardımı olur. Ondan sonrası çok sıkı çalışmak, şartları zorlamak, kurallara göre davranmak, fedakârlıkta bulunmak, yerinde ve zamanında hareket etmek gibi “önemsiz” (!) detaylardır.
Türkiye’nin son sekiz yılına baktığımız zaman çok büyük hayaller kurduğunu görüyoruz. Uluslararası ilişkilerde kemikleşmiş hale gelen sorunları, sadece kendi değerlerinden taviz vererek çözme yolunda atmadığı adım kalmayan Türkiye, bunların hiçbirini çözemediği gibi bir de İsrail, Kürdistan gibi yenilerini ekledi.
Kıbrıs, Yunanistan, Kuzey Irak, Ermenistan, AB ile yaşadığımız sorunların hiçbiri “tek taraflı olarak her türlü tavizi vermemize rağmen” çözülememiştir ve devam etmektedir.
Ayrıca, Türkiye tarihinde hiç olmadığı kadar ABD ve İsrail ile düşman olmuştur. Sayın Davutoğlu’nun aksiyoner politika izlediğini düşünürsek, sivilleri bir gemiye doldurup davul zurna eşliğinde, vuracağını bile bile İsrail’in üzerine göndermiş olması bir “strateji’dir”. Sonuç itibarı ile, Türkiye ile İsrail’i neredeyse savaş edecek hale getiren bu “müthiş” operasyon acaba ülkemizin geleceği açısından İsrail ile düşman olmaktan başka ne gibi bir amaca hizmet etmiştir?
Kıbrıs’ta Rumlara vermediğimiz taviz kalmadı. AKP hükümetinin büyük katkıları ile Sayın Rauf Denktaş adada “çözümsüzlüğün adresi” olarak gösterildi ve Mehmet Ali Talat’a büyük destek verilerek kazanması sağlandı. Talat’ın verdiği destek ile adadaki Türk varlığını ortadan kaldıran “Annan Planı” Türk toplumu tarafından kabul edildi. Allah’tan Rumlar “salak” oldukları için “Türkler bunu destekliyorsa altında bir şey var biz desteklemeyelim” dediler ve planı reddederek Türklere büyük bir iyilik yaptılar. Kıbrıs Rum Ortodoks Kilisesi Başpiskoposu 2. Hrisostomos “Annan planını, ne ben ne de Papadopulos okuduk” diye geçen gün açıklama yaptı. Rumlar hakikaten salak; planın ne olduğu okumamışlar bile, Allah Türklere yardım ediyor… Şimdi adadaki Türkler yaptıkları yanlışı gördüler ve Talat’ı seçimle alaşağı ettiler ama Türkiye’nin tutumu devam ediyor, şu anda AB’de Kıbrıs Rum Kesiminin izni alınırsa Türk limanlarını Rum gemilerine açmayı kabul ettik; şimdi Rum’un insafını bekliyoruz. İşte aksiyoner politikamız böyle, onların insafına kalmış…
Yunanistan ile Ege denizinde yaşadığımız kıta sahanlığı, Heybeliada Ruhban okulu ve Batı Trakya’daki Türklerin sorunları konusunda hiçbir değişiklik yok. Geçen gün Devlet Bakanı ve Başbakan Yardımcısı Sayın Bülent Arınç patrikhaneyi ziyaret etti. O patrikhanenin kapısı, Rumlar tarafından kapatıldı ve “bir Türk Devlet adamı o kapının önünde idam edilmediği müddetçe” açılmayacak ve yıllardır kapalı duruyor. Patrik, 1821 tarihinde devlete ihanet suçu belgeleriyle ortaya çıkarılıp ispat edildikten sonra bu kapı önünde idam edilmişti. Rumlar o tarihten bu yana patrikhanenin giriş kapısını zincirleyerek “bir Türk devlet adamı bu kapı önünde asılana kadar bir daha açmama” sözü vermişlerdi. Doğrusu aksiyoner politikamızın bu kapının açılması konusunda ne gibi faydalar sağladığını merak ediyorum.
Kuzey Irak’ta artık bir Kürt devleti kuruldu ve bu devletin verdiği destek sayesinde Türkiye Kürt meselesinde neredeyse iç savaşın eşiğine geldi. O kadar aksiyoner politikalar izliyoruz ki Kürtlerin büyük çoğunluğu istemediği halde onlara zorla Kürtçe eğitim, Kürtçe televizyon, otonomi, özerklik verme aşamasına geldik, vallahi bravo! Bu kadar aksiyon, Hollywood filmlerini bile aratmıyor…
Ermenistan ile yaşadığımız politik sorunların düzeltilmesi konusunda ise Türkiye’nin lehine hiçbir aşama kaydetmiş değiliz. Türkiye yıllardır kapalı olan Ermenistan ile sınır kapısını açma noktasına geldi ve karşılığında Ermenilerin taleplerinden herhangi birinden vazgeçme niyetini dahi göremedi. ABD’de yılardır gündeme gelen “Ermeni yasa tasarısı” bile artık Yahudi lobisinin desteğini kaybetmiş olmamızdan ötürü onaylanır hale gelmiştir.
AB ile ilişkilerde ise sadece önümüze konan metinleri imzalama aşamasından öteye geçmiş değiliz. Başbakan Recep Tayyip Erdoğan ile dönemin Dışişleri Bakanı Abdullah Gül, 29 Ekim 2004’te İtalya’nın başkenti Roma’da Avrupa Birliği Anayasası’nın imza törenine katıldı. Gül ve Erdoğan ikilisi, AB Anayasası’na Hıristiyanlık dünyası için tarihi öneme sahip Papa X. Innocenizo’nun heykeli önünde imza attı. Başbakan ülkeye döndüğünde, Ankara Büyükşehir Belediye Başkanı İ.Melih Gökçek’in gündüz gözü ile düzenlediği ama güneşli havada kimsenin göremediği havai fişek gösterileri ile karşılandı. Heyet “AB’ye girdik” palavraları eşliğinde zafer kazanmış bir komutan edasıyla şehre girdi. Bugün halkın %70’i AB’nin tamamen bir palavra ve Türkiye’yi oyalayıp önüne konan her şeyi imzalaması için bir bahane olduğu inancında. Artık kimse AB’ye girmek falan istemiyor; çünkü bu “girme” isteği depreştikçe halkın bir yerlerine bir şeyler giriyor.
Hayal kurmak başarmanın birinci şartıdır, sürekli hayallerle yaşamak ise bir akıl hastalığıdır. Olmayan şeyleri var saymak, onları gerçekmiş gibi düşünmek tedaviyi gerektirir.
Sayın Davutoğlu’nun hayallerinin hepsine imza atıyorum, başarması için kendisine duacıyım, inşallah başarılı olur. Onun başarısı hepimizin başarısıdır; ama dış politikadaki hayallerinizi bir ülkenin geleceğine tercih ederseniz bu telafisi mümkün olmayan sonuçlar doğurur. Sizi değil, hepimizi götürür…
