BİR DIŞ POLİTİKAMIZ VAR MI? Devletin kullanma kılavuzu çöpe atılmıştır…
AKP iktidar olmadan önce Türkiye’nin dış politikasıyla ilgili aklına esenin değiştirmesi mümkün olmayan ve ülkemizin önümüzdeki kuşaklardaki yüzlerce yıllık ulusal menfaatlerini koruyan, kollayan kırmızı çizgilerimiz vardı. Bu çizgiler, öncelikle komşu devletler ve diğerleri ile devletin hafızasına dayanarak önümüzdeki kuşaklara yön göstermek amaçlı oluşturulmuş bir nevi kullanma kılavuzuydu. Hiç kimse bunları uygulamak ya da uymak zorunda değildi; fakat aklı başında, her hangi bir art niyeti olmayan, vatanını seven herkesin asgari müşterekte anlaştığı ve sadık kaldığı bir kullanma kılavuzuydu.

Ülkemizde insanların bilmedikleri konular hakkında fikir sahibi olmak gibi büyük bir cahil cesareti vardır; hayatında hiç kitap okumamış insanlar komşusunun karnı ağrıdığında hangi ilacı kullanacağı veya Avrupa Birliği ile ilişkiler, o da olmadı İran, Irak veya Suriye politikamızın ne olması gerektiği konusunda detaylı fikirlere sahiptir. Bunları hararetli bir biçimde uluorta anlatırlar, bıraksan uzaya gidip Türk bayrağı dikeceklerdir fakat aslında evine gidip götüne don giyecek mecalleri dahi yoktur.
Her şeyi bildiğini zanneden, fakat bilmediği tek şeyin aslında hiçbir şey bilmediği olan insanlar için çizilmişti bu kırmızı çizgiler; sanmayın ki sadece Türkiye’ye özgü bir uygulama, hayır! Bütün dünyada var ve iktidara gelenlerin yanlış yapmasını engelleyip, ülkelerin geleceğini ipotek altına almasına mani olan mantıklı ve başarılı bir uygulamadır.
Mesela şöyle düşünün; seçimler yapıldı, bir parti %60 ile iktidara geldi ve canı istedi diye Rusya’ya savaş ilan etti, uçaklarımız saldırıya geçti ve Moskova’yı bombalamaya başladı vs. Bir parti “ben %60 oy aldım, halk bana oy verdi” diyerek Rusya’ya saldırabilir mi? Elbette hayır! Bunu yapana zırdeli derler, derhal akıl hastanesine atılmalıdır. Demek ki “seçilmiş olmak” hükümetlere canının istediğini yapabilme özgürlüğü vermiyor. Normal şartlarda bunu yapmasına kim engel oluyor? Kuvvetler ayrılığı ilkesi çerçevesinde Anayasal kurumlar, Milli Güvenlik Kurulu, Genelkurmay Başkanlığı, Anayasa Mahkemesi ve diğerleri. Peki, şimdi kim engel oluyor? Hiç kimse… * * *
İki sene önce “Esad’ın iki ay ömrü kaldı” gibi büyük laflar edenler, bugün Türkiye’nin Suriye’de neyi var neyi yoksa toparlayıp kaçmanın telaşına düşmüşlerdir. Suriye’den gelen mülteci sayısında 100.000 kişinin sınır olduğunu, daha fazla mülteci alamayacağını ifade edenler bugün Türkiye’nin mülteci sorunu ile artık baş edemediğini ve dünyanın kendisine yardım etmediğini ifade etmektedirler. Suriyeli mülteciler için 100.000 sınırı koyanların yeteneksizlikleri sonucu Türkiye’deki Suriyeli mülteci sayısı 2 MİLYON kişiyi geçmiş ve mülteciler Türkiye’nin bütün illerine dağılmıştır; birçoğunun nerede ve ne yaptıklarını hiç kimse bilmemektedir.
Bugün Sülayman Şah türbesini yıkıp, vatan toprağını kaçarak terk edenler bunu ilk defa yapmıyorlar. Kıbrıs politikasını hatırlayınız; yıllar önce KKTC vatandaşlarının Annan Planını onaylamaları için kampanya başlatmış ve rahmetli Rauf Denktaş’a yapmadıklarını bırakmamışlardı. Allah’tan Rumlar Annan Planını reddettiler ve KKTC kurtuldu; yoksa KKTC lağvedilecek, Türk askeri adadan çekilerek Türkler Rum bayrağı altında, tek devlet olarak yaşayacaktı. Yani eskiye dönülecekti. Allah Rumlardan razı olsun, onlar bizden daha milliyetçi çıktı da Türk milleti kurtuldu.
Libya’yı hatırlıyor musunuz? Hani “NATO’nun ne işi var Libya’da” dedikten iki gün sonra “NATO Libya’nın Libyalılara ait olduğunun tescili için Libya’ya müdahale etmelidir” diyen bir DÜNYA LİDERİMİZ vardı. Ne oldu? Bu, dünya lideri olduğunu zanneden kişinin yaptığı stratejik hata yüzünden Fransa yıllardır dönemediği NATO’nun askeri kanadına bir günde döndü ve döner dönmez hiç kimseye dahi sormadan hemen Libya’yı bombalamaya başladı. O sırada Türkiye’nin dış ticaret hacminin neredeyse yarıya yakını Libya ile ilişkiliydi. Dünya liderimiz hemen gemilerini gönderip Libya’da ne kadar Türk varsa bir günde alıp Türkiye’ye getirdi; bu firmaların ne kadar makine parkı, alacağı, ihalesi varsa hepsi orada kaldı ve biz Libya’yı bir günde kaçarak terk ettik. Şu an geldiğimiz nokta ne biliyor musunuz? Libya 10 gün önce, Türkiye'nin Libya aleyhine çalıştığı gerekçesi ile ülkedeki bütün Türklerin mallarına ve her şeylerine el koydu, bu hikâye de burada kapandı; kahraman ordumuz, kahraman dünya liderlerimizden hiç ses yok.
Hangisini yazalım? Irak, İran, Ermenistan, Suriye, Yunanistan vs. elimizi atıp rezil edip bırakmadığımız hiçbir konu yok. Dış politikamız YOK, çünkü bu konular uzmanlık gerektiren hususlardır. Hayal kurmak ve dış politika farklı şeylerdir. AKP hükümetinin 12 senedir dış politika konusunda söyleyip yaptıkları arasında HİÇ BİR ALAKA, TUTARLILIK olmadığı gibi TEK BİR BAŞARI DA YOKTUR.
Hükümetin 12 yıldır tutarlılık gösterdiği tek konu, Türkiye’yi Başkanlık sistemine götürerek federatif bir yönetim modeline geçme isteğidir. Bunun da tek amacı ABD’de birkaç salağın kâğıt üzerinde icat ederek başkana sattığı Büyük Ortadoğu Projesindeki Kürdistan’dır. Büyük Ortadoğu Projesinde Türkiye’nin güneydoğusu bölgede kurulacak Kürdistan’a dahil edilmiştir. Bunu gerçekleştirebilmenin tek yolu Türkiye’yi federatif bir yapıya sürükleyerek Kürdistan’a Türkiye Kürt Federasyonunun da dahil edilmesini sağlamaktır.
Açıkça ifade edelim; BU BİR HAYALDİR. ABD gibi bir süper devlet için dahi, HAYALDİR! ABD bunu gerçekleştirmek için elinden geleni yapmakta, toplumun dindar, milliyetçi vs. zannettiği birçok politikacı da kendisine bu konuda önemli destek vermektedir. Bu politikacılar çok büyük rüşvet, yolsuzluk, usulsüzlüklere battıkları için kendilerini destek vermeye mecbur hissedebilirler. Fakat; Türkiye şahsi çıkar ve menfaatleri peşinde koşan sahtekârlar ve bölge ise Kürtlerden ibaret değildir. ABD bu ısrarında devam ettiği müddetçe elini attığı her konuda olduğu gibi Türkiye ve bölge büyük bir çatışma ortamına gebedir. Bu hayallerin sonu Büyük Kürdistan değil, olsa olsa Avrupa kapısına dayanan bir savaş ile üçüncü dünya savaşı olur…
